Last Sunday, we packed up our best boho finds, filled up two cars full of goodness + headed to the Natural Life Music Festival at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, Florida. This huge community-focused event was presented by Community First Credit Union + one of our very favorite brands, Natural Life. Natural Life started locally in our home town, and we’ve carried their adorable line for almost 10 years. We love supporting local women in business, and it’s so inspiring to see a local company grow + thrive. The festival took place at a gorgeous park full of greenery located right along the St. John’s River. Sunshine, a nice breeze + tons of smiling faces took over the park for the day, with musicians performing on two stages, crafts for the kids, an artisan market and food trucks.
We created a Rosie True bazaar themed pop-up shop under one of the cool pergolas at the park. We displayed tons of earthy beaded necklaces by local designer Drema Farmer on burlap-covered boards. Bright + cheerful crossbody bags hung from a piece of driftwood. We used crates to display more of our favorites, from luxe scented candles to on-trend sunnies to canvas zip pouches with punchy little sayings. Colorful, tie-dyed sheets hung along the sides of our tent, and colorful paintings by Chromatic Binge helped us channel the carefree, boho spirit of the festival.
In the corner of our tent, we created a temporary tattoo studio featuring Flash Tattoos. These sparkly, jewelry-inspired tattoos were a hit with EVERYONE. Kids, teens, young adults, parents. Even guys were getting in on the fun!
